Mykha is probably the sweetest human alive. She loves what she does, and so will you.

Mykha stands eye to eye with her seated diners, her heart as big as the room. The food is amazingly cooked with love and intention. Everything is fresh and beautiful. If there is anything that you'd like and it's not on the menu, Mykha will create something for you. This is my favorite place to eat.

The food is outstanding, especially the presentation. A modest selection of wines, very reasonably priced. Two of us did the duck special and it was excellent. It's a very small place and gets a little loud on the weekends. We had a reservation and still waited 30 minutes for a table and there's not a place to hang out while you're waiting, which is the only thing that didn't meet my expecations. Make sure you try the pea shoot salad.
Report This ReviewAn excellent time. Nestled in a quiet part of town, my companion and I found the restaurant to be a gem. The service was excellent and the server knowledgable. The food was fantastic both in presentation and in taste. She had the waterfall beef which was beautifully presented and I had a luna pork (special for the evening) which was delicious and served with numerous sides in small bowls. The evening could not have been better.
I will say (although this didn't affect my evening) that the price range listed is a bit low for dinner. Assume $15-$25 for entrees plus wine and appetizers/deserts. Our tab for appetizers, entrees and a glass of wine each came to about $75.
Report This ReviewIf you haven't been to Mykha's, you are really missing an experience. Mykha is Vietnamese and uses a very unique cooking style as she was trained in the French Culinary style. A great deal of her profits also go to benefit her village in Vietnam. But the FOOD, the FOOD! It is some of the best I've experienced in the city or suburbs. Beautiful presentation, interesting use of edible flowers, unique spices. Best egg rolls in the Chicago area.
Report This ReviewI just moved to Glen Ellyn and went to Mykha's for the first time. I thought that the presentation, flavor combinations, and fresh vegetables were outstanding. I did not think that meat was their specialty, however, as the chicken and pork were overdone. I do look forward to going back to try the vegetarian specialties. The Vietnamese eggrolls were delicious.
Report This ReviewEggrolls, Waterfall Beef, Red Snapper, Duck and Braised Port all excellent. Very crowded the night we went. Weeknights are less busy and great for hosting parties (my husband and I brought 3 other couples and had a great time). Please note that they only sell beer and wine, no liquor. Average check about $30 per person no including drinks.
Report This Reviewfood was beautifully presented and very tasty (traditional eggrolls, waterfall beef, duck, and catfish, and creme brulee are all highly recommended). restaurant is on the smaller side - the tables are too close to one another. friendly and helpful servers could have been more attentive removing dirty dishes/glasses from the table. the night we went was very crowded (friday), so call ahead to make a reservation.
Report This ReviewI just moved to Wheaton from Atlanta and Mykha's was recommended to me. I love Asian cuisine and I've been trying to change my diet. Mykha's is a perfect combination of great tasting food that's good for you. All the fruits and vegetables were very fresh and very tasty. Great ambience (candles, good music selection, etc). Recommend is the vietnamese eggrolls, beef with grandma noodles, Duck, Red Snapper, and Pork Ribs.
Unlike the last reviewer, I think the lunch buffet is great. They don't offer anything off the menu during lunch unless you call ahead and request it. Service was ok, but it's a buffet; you're serving yourself.
Overall, I think Mykha's is a great restaurant that can be a little pricey and a little unpolished for some, but has personality and beautiful food that will please almost everyone.
Report This ReviewI was unlucky to stop in this place for lunch. It was a buffet lunch, nobody offered us a menu.
It was the worst buffet in my life. The "selection" consisted of cold noodles, and barely warm vegetables, rice, chicken wings. The appetizers were represented by nacho chips and salsa. Somebody spilled
salsa over the bowl of nachos, but nobody cared to replace it with the fresh nachos. Some food was on the floor.
The price of this sumptuous buffet is over $9.00 per person. They also charge $6.00 for the light beer.
There was practically almost no service. After this wonderful experience I don't care what
they have on the dinner menu, I'll never come back to this place.
