Menu entries like 'Nutcracker Sweet,' 'Rhapsody in Booze,' and 'Symphonic Fantastique' testify to owner Carol Hiyama Martorelli's love of music. Patrons use metal racks and flames to make oil fondue at the table. Pieces of fruit, bread and meat are dipped into oil and dipping sauces or cheese for the main course. Fruit and cake are dipped in chocolate for dessert. A hanging stained glass window, bust of Beethoven, and green carpeting complement the Stube's wooden chairs and tables. 'It's something different and relaxing,' says waitress Denise Albert. Meals are usually $10 and over per person.
