The husband-and-wife team of Terry and Carol Jean Gilmer took over this spot in November of 2005; it's now a casual, conversation-friendly American bistro sporting a menu of seafood, steaks, chops and pastas. An attentive front-room staff and a good-sized wine list add to the experience.
