This new bistro opened in February 2007 in the old Les Deux Autres address, now owned by Michel Saragueta, formerly chef at Oak Park's Cafe Le Coq. He's kept the interior the same ("Nothing needs to be changed; it's perfect!" he says), but the menu now boasts French bistro standards such as lamb cassoulet, steak and freshly prepared fish dishes, plus items with a slight Spanish and Italian influence. The specialty dessert is, of course, the souffle.
