Forget what mom told you: This Schaumburg fondue spot encourages you to play with your food; whether cooking your own entree or double-dipping in the chocolate. Cheese combinations will get you started, with such choices as the "Wisconsin," with fontina, butterkase and bleu, white wine, scallions and sherry. Entree choices include shrimp with teriyaki-marinated sirloin and twin lobster tails. For dessert, dip strawberries and other goodies into chocolate blends like the "yin & yang" duo of white and dark chocolate. There also is a very private table where you can share the fondue for two; plan ahead and make a reservation if you want to nab this table.
