Let the hidden Emeril come out at this do-it-yourself fondue spot (screaming "bam!" is optional). Cheese combinations will get you started, with such choices as the "Swiss" with Gruyere and Emmental, white wine, spices and a dash of Kirschwasser (brandy) to "kick it up a notch." Entrees include a Cajun-spiced tenderloin, chicken breast and andouille sausage. Traditionalists may opt for a filet mignon or lobster tail. For dessert, try s'mores, with milk chocolate topped with marshmallow cream and graham crackers. There's also a lounge with couches and bistro tables where you can enjoy a friendly game of Jenga after dinner.
