Don't want to deal with spicy burritos? Try something from the Middle Eastern portion of the menu. Falafel sandwiches ($4.65 each) are plenty tame, and the hummus platter ($3.25), an impressive spread of hummus and pita triangles, makes for a filling value-meal pairing. If you prefer something boozier to wash it all down, bring your own--Zyggyz is BYOB for now but hopes to get a liquor license in the next month or two.

Also on the horizon: spicy chicken wings. Not necessarily your run-of-the-mill Indian cuisine, but when your culinary trajectory revolves around college kids, it makes sense.
