Great addition to neighborhood

Overall rating:

We loved this new place on North Ave. It's an ideal place to have drinks with friends and have an intimate dinner. Ambiance is good too, dim lighting, some music, but not so loud that you can't communicate with your dinner party.

The only thing negative i could say is that the service was a bit slow...we didn't mind though because we were catching up with old friends!

Overall rating:

I went to Lokal on their opening night, expecting great food. I am a huge fan of Polish food, and I know what it should taste like, but when I ate at Lokal, they completely turned my taste for Polish food around. Lokal not only ruined my taste for Polish food, but the charged me a whole hell of alot for it.

My advice for everyone is to take your business elsewhere, because Lokal is a whole in the wall.
