Brothers Tony and Paul Diaz have perfected the "less is more" concept at their upscale yet casual American bistro. The globally inspired menu offers variety and simple preparations of classic comfort food and modern cuisine. The lunch menu includes an array of ambitious salads, hearty sandwiches and top-notch burgers. For dinner, start with house-marinated olives and cheese or crispy ginger shrimp. Winning main dishes include lamb rack provencal, bistro steak and fries, Angus meatloaf and banana crusted Tilapia. The handsome interior -- a blend of hardwoods, brick, stone and leathers -- along with cool music and an interesting beer and wine list helps everyone feel at home. There's also flatscreens outfitting the bar for avid sports fans.
