Describing itself as a "dessert lounge," this Bowmanville shop/coffeehouse (the neighborhood just west of Andersonville, just north of Ravenswood) specializes in imported Belgian chocolates, including dark chocolate vegan treats and a rotating selection of gelato and sorbets (flavors might include spicy chipotle Mexican chocolate and banana-pecan caramel.) For those without a sweet tooth, you'll find a few panani here as well. Curl up with a hot cup of cocoa, and ground-to-order Lavazza coffee and espresso: The shop features a comfy couch and a mosaic-framed fireplace, in addition to five tables. There are also pastries and cakes, brownies and other goodies. Look for live music on weekends, and occasionally a storyteller for kids on Saturday mornings.
