Wine & Vine Restaurant

With no fryer or freezer, Wine & Vine promises all of its dishes are fresh and homemade. Open since July 2008, the menu features pastas, salads and steaks accompanied by about 115 different wines, all carefully selected by the owners and executive chef. The best seats are at the four-foot long granite countertop, where you can grab a stool and watch the action in the open kitchen and even chat with the chefs as they work. Instead of dinner service on Mondays, expect plans to host private parties, cooking classes and wine tastings.
