Not what I expected

I went to this restaurant with very high expectations. I've heard very good things about Weber Grill, so I decided to try it. I'm not sure if it's because we went extremely late or they rushed, but I was disappointed. I ordered my rib eye medium rare, and it came to me almost medium well. Besides being too tough, the meat itself didn't have flavor. My asparagus was undercooked. The service and ambiance were great, but the food was not good enough to make me return.

I love everything about this place. The decor is fabulous and the prime rib is to die for! And those pretzel rolls...my goodness! The service was great, the drinks were chilled and the desserts were heavenly.

I've heard good things about the downtown location, but hadn't had a chance to check it out. I was out shopping at Woodfield and my friend suggested we go. I was expecting a nice meal from what I heard, but was not expecting to LOVE the whole experience. I had trouble selecting my meal because the menu offers many options but in the end I had to have a juicy burger. That burger was hands down the BEST I've ever had. My friend had the Chopped Chicken Salad, she loved it too. The service was very profesional and friendly. I can't wait to bring my husband in for dinner and try their steaks with a nice bottle of wine.
