This perky breakfast and lunch spot is guaranteed to wake the groggy with its shiny stainless steel and glass facade and vibrant apple green, orange and yellow interior. The menu offers breakfast fare like the tropical French toast, thick pineapple Hawaiian bread loaded with ricotta cheese and pineapple and drizzled with white chocolate sauce. The signature "Logan berry" sour cream pancakes come loaded with lingonberries and a topper of honey butter. Traditional breakfast fare, such as create-your-own omelets and Belgian waffles, is also available. The lunch menu offers a grilled tuna steak sandwich with pineapple relish, a marinated skirt steak sandwich with peppers, onions and mushrooms, and an albacore tuna melt on marble rye.
