Combining the spaces formerly occupied by Trucchi and Comida Bebiba, Stillwater matches an upscale dining room with a more casual lounge area, devoted primarily to small plates and about 40 wines by the glass. The kitchen here is all about healthy eating and freshly made dishes -- you can still get a fried calamari appetizer, but expect fruit on the side, rather than, say, French fries. Entrees range from chicken satays to cedar-wrapped salmon and a selection of steaks and pasta. Those with food allergies will rave over an entire separate menu devoted to gluten-free options.
