Seasons Restaurant/Four Seasons Hotel

Just off the lobby on the seventh floor, Seasons Restaurant is an extravagant affair - with mahogany colorings, brilliantly flowered carpet, brocade armchairs and fresh flowers. Guests overlook the bustle of Michigan Avenue and Delaware Place as they dine in Old World splendor. Seasons features innovative contemporary American cuisine in an elegant yet comfortable setting. Each evening, Chef Kevin Hickey prepares three prix-fixe dinners--a vegetarian tasting menu, a five-course menu and an eight-course menu--that can be ordered with or without matching wines. Any effort to highlight particular dishes would be futile, as the menu changes frequently to accommodate availability of ingredients.
In addition to the dining room, diners can reserve the chef's table (reservation for six required) where chef Hickey guides diners through an eight-course menu with wine pairing options. There are also two intimate private dining rooms available for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
