Puck's offers a welcome oasis for weary museum-goers. Chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck is behind this latest endeavor which replaces the M Café. The décor complements the museum with sleek, modern lines. Murals, which change every six months, decorate the walls in this large, open space overlooking the sculpture garden.
Chef Rick Munoz fuses influences from Mediterranean and Asian cuisines, combining Spago classics with new items created exclusively for the restaurant. The seasonal menu has included specialties such as a Chinois salad; a smoked shrimp pizza with sun-dried tomatoes, leeks and cilantro; and a grilled salmon paillard with braised autumn vegetables provencal. A carry-out counter has sandwiches, salads and snacks and outdoor seating is available on the terrace during the summer months.
