The aesthetic of this South Loop cafe was conceived by designer Kevin Heisner (Violet Hour, Bar DeVille, Empire Liquors), who sought to bring the outside in through natural wood stools and tables. The fare consists of salads, soups and sandwiches at lunch, and there’s a popular brunch on weekends. (Don’t miss the mascarpone-stuffed brioche French toast.)
