Renowned pastry chef Laurent Branlard is behind this contemporary bistro serving breakfast and lunch (and some decadent desserts) in the Sheraton Chicago Hotel Towers. Branlard, a multiple winner of the World Pastry Team Championship, created a menu that melds French and American influences. Breakfast features regular table service as well as three buffet-style stations offering signature dishes such as crepes, breakfast sandwiches and strawberry-cream cheese French toast. Lunch brings classics such as a flatiron steak sandwich and an assortment of salads. Make sure to save room for dessert, which includes offerings such as mille feuille framboise (a fresh raspberry napoleon with caramelized puff pastry, light vanilla cream and raspberry sorbet) and chocolate-hazelnut crunch cake with chocolate sauce.
