This breakfast and lunch spot, which is located in the old Maxwell Street Market area (now called University Village Marketplace), is from the same family who own Franconello Italian Restaurant and Franco's Ristorante. The menu features omelets named after neighborhoods, like the "Maxwell Street" with Polish sausage, pork chop and grilled onions, and the "18th Street" with chorizo and cilantro. The namesake hash brown gets menu play with five versions, including sweet potato. The upbeat room has earthy hues of tan and chocolate and marbleized concrete floors. Enjoy your eggs at the oversized walnut bar or opt for rustic bench seating with wall-mounted cushions.
