The 20-year-old chain recently moved into the Chicago area, offering traditional hoagies, flatbread sandwiches and wraps in flour or spinach tortillas. Favorites include the Texas Hold 'em with garlic seasoned steak, melted cheddar and pepper-jack cheese, garlic, mushrooms and carmelized onions, as well as the Santa Fe chicken with grilled chicken, cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and house feta sauce wrapped in a tomato-basil tortilla.
