Fluky's started out as a solo hot dog stand in the original Maxwell Street Market in 1929, and they've now grown to multiple locations. This 2,000-sqaure-foot location is in the Highland Oaks Plaza. The menu focuses on Chicago-style hot dogs, but burgers, sandwiches, roast chicken, soups and breakfast items also make the menu.
