Farm-centric, sustainable food is the focus at this contemporary American bistro in River North. With dining on two levels, a raw bar upstairs and a separate lounge downstairs, there’s a little something for everyone. Menus change seasonally, but you can expect dishes such as braised pork belly with smoky chestnut-sweet potato puree, apple kraut, Swiss chard and spicy pork jus; and pan-roasted, pesto-crusted black cod with smoked cheddar cheese grit cakes. The lounge menu focuses on casual, affordable eats such as burgers and late-night bites. There's also a special bar menu of smaller $4-$8 items, available daily from 3-7 p.m.
