This South Loop spot has partially opened; the upper level contemporary American restaurant and lounge debuted in August 2007; a lower level live-music focused lounge will open in 2008.
Exposure features a lineup of sharable hot and cold small plates, plus a raw bar roster. Menu highlights include a Moroccan lamb Lollipops with feta cheese, green beans and olives; pork ribs with peach barbecue sauce, crispy onions and slaw; and crab-stuffed jumbo shrimp with Israeli couscous and shallot cream sauce.
