You HAVE to try the grilled artichokes. I'm a huge artichoke fan, and this is the best I've ever had! It comes with a creamy dipping sauce that's tangy and a bit spicy. The pizza was just okay - hence the 4 stars. The service was great and the atmosphere is cozy, plus you can go next store to the D.O.C wine bar after dinner and sample some yummy wine and cheese!

This is my favorite place to come for brunch. The food is always really good (their potatoes - I don't know what is in them, but I'm addicted), the service is always great (they give out roses on Mother's Day), and the outdoor seating is a plus. The only thing I wish about Dunlay's is that they would open earlier on weekends!

I've been to Dunlay's several times but can only bring myself to order the Wrightwood Salad every time because it is by far THE best salad in the city! I actually get cravings for that salad like a pregnant woman! Also, I have always been pleased with their service, their appetizers, and especially their pomegranate martinis!

I had a great time hear, the steak florentine was awesome, my wife had a pizza and she really enjoyed it. dave, my waiter was really attentive and fun. I will go back for sure.
Report This ReviewI live literally on the same street so I eat there all the time. I must agree with Grace, however... the menu is quite dull, although the food is usually good. They had a "limited special" of a mascapone waffle that was DELISH but to my dismay was not made a permanent part of the menu. The pork loin is very good, as is their French Toast. A nice neighborhood place with good service (although only one waiter recognizes us even though we eat there 2 - 3 times per week and the rest card us each time).
Report This ReviewThis is hands down the WORST restaurant in Chicago. I went for brunch with my friends and we hated it! First of all, the service was terrible, it took 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order and the place wasn't even busy. My friends ordered pancakes and they were so salty! The server told us that they mistakenly put salt in the batter instead of sugar 2 weeks in a row! It was a terrible experience and we will never ever be back. DON'T EAT HERE!
Report This ReviewThe Wrightwood Salad puts all other salads to shame. Ditto for the veggie burger. Great Lincoln Park spot, excellent staff!
Report This ReviewI always have a nice time here. The food is always great, and service very helpful and actually friendly. Great bar scene, at the wine bar or on restaurant side.
Report This ReviewMet a group of friends there, and they were very helpful with our larger group. All the apps were great, and I had yummy salad, wrightwood, I think. Anyhow, the service was polite and friendly. All in all a warm friendly place with great food.
Report This ReviewFood it great, fish, specials, soup, salad..everything is worth trying. Stop next door for a pre-dinner drink.
