Drake Bros.'

The menu offers straightforward appetizer options like the classic steak tartare, escargots bourguignonne and chilled shellfish. The hotel's bookbinder's snapper soup, served with a creut of sherry is a best bet, but other soup choices include a lobster bisque and New England clam chowder. Entrees include a 2-pound dry-aged porterhouse, a 20-ounce chateaubriand for two, and the signature 16-ounce marrow-crusted sirloin steak with Cabernet sauce. Sides offer standards like creamed spinach with boiled egg, and potatoes au gratin, but chef Bernard Fiemeyer also has created some fresh options like sauteed shiitake mushrooms with garlic, ginger and soy. Showy desserts include the cherries jubilee, flamed tableside.
Also located within the restaurant is the A Room With a View Gallery, which has hosted art exhibits since 2006.
