This seafood-focused spot is from the same company behind Braxton's Seafood in Oakbrook. It neatly fills this stretch of Chicago Avenue's gap between overly fussy restaurants (RL, NoMi) and greasy pub or fast food joints. Business diners will appreciate semi-secluded booths downstairs. But folks looking a comfy spot to have a post-work drink will like the big, wraparound bar. But remember, the name is pronounced "DEV-in" -- as in the British coastal city; not "dev-ON," as in the North Side avenue in Chicago.
