Michael Altenberg (Bistro Campagne) is behind this certified organic wood-fired pizza spot in Wicker Park (Crust touts that it's the first certified organic restaurant in the Midwest). The menu includes wood-oven prepped flatbreads, sandwiches and salads. Menu highlights include flatbreads like shroom (cremini mushrooms, goat cheese, bechamel, tossed baby spinach and lemon vinaigrette) and flammkuchen (slab bacon, caramelized onions, bechamel, caraway seeds and aged parmigiano-reggiano), as well as the eggplant panino and pulled pork sandwich.

"Pizza really not that good"
