The CHIC Cafe is actually the Restaurant Guest Services course of the Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago, one of CHIC's last courses for the hospitality-bound student. Students have gone on to work for such Chicago restaurants as Vinci and Green Dolphin Street. The menu changes daily and breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served. Dinner is a four-course bargain at $25. There's no liquor license, so it's acceptable to bring in wine and beer. Mainly this is a restaurant for locals who know the school offers good food and gracious service.
