Evanston's Davis Street Metra train station isn't just for commuters. It boasts a remodeled restaurant in the style of a European bistro on its ground floor. The menu changes monthly and makes use of fresh meat and seafood and organic produce. Walleye pike is one of the highlights of the menu along with the special meatloaf with confi onion mashed potatoes.
