This elegant Aurora restaurant builds its menu around seasonal produce trucked in from organic farms in Yorkville and Dekalb. Choose from three- and six-course prix fixe menus, changing weekly to accommodate fresh ingredients available. Past offerings have included sweet corn soup and grilled wild Alaskan king salmon with roasted corn relish, filet mignon with herbed black-truffle butter and molten bittersweet chocolate cake with Tahitian vanilla-bean ice cream.
