This suburban spinoff of the popular downtown Chicago flagship features a menu with at least 35 seafood choices, often with Asian-flaired sauces and presentations. Bestsellers include pan-seared Chilean sea bass with Hawaiian ginger-scallion sauce, seared yellowfin tuna with Szechuan glaze, and a sauteed Alaskan halibut with crab meat, portobella mushrooms and meuniere sauce. Catch 35 also offers a peppercorn-crusted rib-eye steak and a center-cut filet mignon.
