Shirley and Blair Makinney, the couple behind Beverly's Pantry run this seasonally focused Beverly BYOB, featuring a globally influenced menu created by chef Thomas Eckert (ex-Vermilion and Monsoon). The menu includes entree choices like grilled sturgeon with Okinawa sweet potato, sea beans, lemon balm and oxtail ragout, and red snapper with mussels, peeky toe crab, udon noodles, Veracruz broth and jalapeno emulsion.
