Bluprint is from Blue Plate, the catering company that operates Rhapsody and the concessions in the Symphony Center (Blue Plate CEO Jim Horan is also a partner at Millennium Park's Park Grill). Look for a stylish interior fitted with both traditional and communal tables and a large angular bar – we're betting it'll see plenty of action since it's the only full-service bar in the Mart.
