Looking for a wine education minus the snootiness? Bin 36, a wine retail store, tavern and restaurant all rolled into one, promises to demystify the process of selecting wine. Patrons can choose from a list of 50 wines and sample them by the glass while the staff demonstrates how to match wine with food. The Market offers wine and wine related products for retail sale. The Tavern serves wine and a menu of appetizers, including pizzas and hummus. For a full meal, the Cellar offers more substantial bites such as flat iron steak and red snapper. A cheese bar opened in the fall of 2004 with over 50 artisan cheese choices, communal tables, and 12 bar seats.
