Amber, an upscale American eatery, is both a destination restaurant as well as a seen-and-be-seen favorite of Westmont locals. The vibe is contemporary and stylish, from the exposed brick walls down to the hardwood floors, and the menu focuses on contemporary seafood and steak dishes. A street-side patio for warm-weather dining is transformed into an enclosed dining room through December. Menu highlights include scallops with sauteed spinach, carrots and caper sauce and petit filet with blue cheese polenta cakes.
