After reading a great review from the paper, we decided to give it a try. After soups were served, the taste and quality was up to standards. But, we did not notice any different in how it was better than any other chinese restaurant that we had been to.
When the server placed the appetizers on the table, my wife just had to ask, " What makes this apart from :::::::::::::: restaurant.? Still holding the restaurant's review in her hand. The waiter looks challenge, but smiles at me and reach for a dinner napkin (" madam can I please show you.? "). With approval, he then turns to me, sir can you please help me wrap this paper napkin around the egg roll, wait 10 seconds then open up the napkin and hold it up agains the lights. While holding the paper napkin in mid-air I ask myself I don't see anything special. He turns to my wife asking politely one more test okay.? Again he hands me another paper napkin, and ask me to cut the egg roll in half from top to bottom. Then the same examination were done. I had a bite it tasted great, actually excellent. My wife told him "well done" then he walked away. I was confused at and of what just happen, what concluded to "well done". I then learned from my wife that egg rolls were deep fried, there were no oil on the napkins, even when you cut open the egg rolls the filling was clean and dry, no sign of any grease inside. Well the rest of the dinner was as remarkable as it could be. Twin Dragons Astonishing Wok Of Arts.

outstanding quality, would eat there any day of the week. for $8.95 I can choose any entree of my choice. My complete meal would be served with a cup of soup first, follow by an egg roll, then chicken fried rice with my selected entree. Chinese Food At It's Best.

This restaurant is great. The food is awesome. Very healthy and light, not greasy or oily. I'd recommend it to anyone.
