'We have good food at good prices, and the food is always freshly made,' said Susan Chu, a hands-on owner who waits on customers. The paper placemats explain and illustrate the Chinese calendar. The food at Tungsen is Mandarin. 'Our food's not oily. We keep it natural, not making it too hot. We use very little MSG and some dishes don't have any at all,' said Chu. Meals are usually under $10 per person.
