The burger-and-fry crowd finds 65 a breath of fresh, soy-scented air at lunchtime. This is the place for huge combo meals, served from behind a long, steamy counter, cafeteria-style. Entrees come with fried rice and an egg roll, and usually ring in at under $7, a good deal in the Loop. From 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., the place is a madhouse, but the line moves quickly as people scoot their trays down, place their orders and watch food get scooped onto the plate or into the carton before they can say, "Extra rice."
