I had high expectations before eating at Friendship. My experience was above and beyond those expectations in terms of service, quality of food, ambience, etc. The staff were very friendly and the owner/chef personally went out of his way to make sure my party had a great evening. The food was exquisite. Five stars all around!

Interesting menu- twist on the traditional. Nice buildout, appealing decor. Friendly staff. Even a plain bowl of rice is served with flare and visual interest. The lollipop shrimp are very good and so is the lo mein and the salt and pepper beef. Four of us dined and were all very satisfied and would certainly go back.

After receiving my delivery order, I discovered my chicken dish contained bones and gristle. I called the restaurant to let them know and they claimed it was not possible and told me to search through the rest of the dish. I had already found it in two separate areas before I called so I found this to be insulting. They agreed to refund the dish, but didn't process the refund. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

This place was such a nice surprise. I went with my girlfriend on a Tuesday night and the place was full, we were seated after about the 15 minute wait. The crowd was great, the food was good and creative and the place is BYOB, can it get better?

This is by far not only the best Chinese food in Logan Square but the best I ever had. The people who gave bad reviews probably have not eaten much Chinese. Or are like my brother who only likes eating cheap nasty Chinese food that only costs 5 dollars for a whole meal and makes you sick.

I have lived in Chicago for 6+ years now, and have been searching for a good Chinese restaurant. Who knew it was in my own neighborhood this whole time. My finance and I went there before catching a late flick and the Logan Theater. I had the Duck which was lean and full of flavor. Our app. of egg rolls was as good if not better then the ones in China town. The food came out fast and the presentation was nice. The server did her job, but did not go above and beyond like some high end restaurants. Which is fine with me b/c I am there to eat and not make a new bestfriend. If there delivery is as good and dining in, my search is over food a great Chinese food.

This place is so cute. Service is very helpful, food great. I had grilled sake garlic chicken, which was awsome and my date had sesame beef. We also enjoyed calamari for appetizer. I recomend it for romantic dinner with a bottle of wine, cuz place is BYOB. :)

I went there Tuesday night with my wife. Service was prompt, helpful and courteous. Although the Crab Rangoon appetizer was too salty the rest of the dish's were really good to outstanding. Great ambiance, BYOB to boot gets you a great evening for less than $50!

Living in a different neighborhood on the north or nortwest side of Chicago for years, I'm always challenged to find the best local Chinese food digs. Friendship was surprisingly good and has secured my interest as long as I'm in Logan Square. They have basic dishes as well as more interesting ones, and the dinners are always great. I recommend anyone try it once!
