This Bucktown quick-serve is the first Chicago outpost of Texas-based Wingstop, a made-to-order chicken wing joint. Look for an aviation-themed interior (circa WWII) and a menu of nine sauce flavors, from fiery habanero-laced "atomic" to sweet Asian-inspired teriyaki.
