Wing Stop keeps its operation simple by focusing on making one thing really well. Bone-in wings are the specialty, tossed with a variety of sauces including original hot, lemon pepper and Hawaiian, along with the ultra-spicy atomic sauce that the staff is constantly trying to get people to taste before ordering to test their limits. The counter-service spot's interior is modeled after a 1930s-era airplane hangar, complete with metal walls faux-finished to look a bit little rusted; you'll also find photos and model parts from old-fashioned flyers mounted throughout the dining area. Expect a big dinner rush, with plenty of locals kicking back to watch sports on TV with a plate of chicken and a bottle of beer.

Went there once. That was enough. Plenty of other places to get better wings.
