The owners hail from Guatemala, but the menu here incorporates flavors from both Central and South America. The interior blends modern and traditional touches, with exposed brick walls, Guatemalan paintings and a stage for a weekend Spanish guitarist. In addition to standards like tacos and burritos, expect marinated grilled meats. The Parillada--a grilled combo platter of skirt steak, T-bone, ribs, chicken breats, pork chops, sausage and shrimp served with baked potato, corn on the cob, plantains, guacamole and garlic bread--feeds two to three people.
