The heart of Lincoln Park's probably not the first place you think of for spicy Jamaican fare. But this stylish and laidback restaurant and lounge has a thing for all things jerk: chicken, pork and more. There's also curry chicken, red snapper (escoveitch), cabbage and carrots, plantains, beef patties. There's plenty of Red Stripe, but it's the signature Ja' Rum Punch -- three kinds of rum, mind you -- that will send you spinning. A downstairs lounge offers low ceilings and a separate bar.
