undeniably chicago ~ that's pretty much what superdawg is. if the giant hot dog standing atop this throwback drive-in is any indication, then you know you're in for a unique experience with chicago's very own, the darling frankfurter. Their version is served curbside or carry out. The dog itself is snuggly tucked away in its own custom sized box (it even says so on said box:-) along with a bunch of "some of the best fries i've ever had" french fries. see for yourself and see what you've been missing.

Fun ambience but as much as I wanted to like the food, it just wasn't that good. I've had better hotdogs, hamburgers and shakes elsewhere. And I was so looking forward to visiting Superdawg's after watching a TV show highlight them.
