This no-frills diner on the Northwest Side has one of those gigantic hangover-friendly menus (you know the type) with lots of breakfast items, burgers and a few Mexican and Greek options thrown in for good measure. The couple that owns the place will probably be seated in front, chatting in an Eastern European tongue as families and neighborhood residents fill the booths in the unintentionally kitschy dining room. Park in the lot across the street for free before stumbling in for your first or fourth meal of the day (depending on the nature of your evening).
