Old-fashioned and family-owned, this west suburban independent offers pizza by the slice as well as full-sized thin-crust, pan and stuffed pizzas. Specialty pizzas include barbecue chicken, beef and pulled pork pizzas, plus a sauceless type with garlic butter. Principe's recipes for sauce and dough have been a family secret since 1910. Panzerotti, pastas, chicken (baked, fried and barbecue), fried fish, sandwiches, burgers and even steaks fill out the extensive menu.
