Gregg Majewski, ex-top exec with Jimmy John's (he still owns 15 stores in Ohio and Alabama and also owns Jersey's Pizza and Grill in Hoffman Estates), is behind this made-to-order Loop burger spot. Patty Burger features hand-formed Angus beef burgers with toppings like lettuce and secret sauce; add-ons include bacon, mushrooms and avocado. Burgers take less than four minutes to prep and are priced under $4 for a single. Other menu choices include a veggie burger, fries, milkshakes and breakfast sandwiches. The decor resembles an old-school diner, but is more modern (read less cheesy).
