The folks behind the local Leona’s chain are behind this River North gourmet burger joint.  But, if you're in the mood for pasta or pizza head elsewhere; this spot features burgers, burgers, burgers. Not just any burgers though; the menu offers multiple choices ranging from a good 'ol beef burger with Cheddar cheese to exotic patty choices like ostrich, lamb, wild boar, duck and kangaroo. Look for options like the "German" with butterkase cheese, sauerkraut and brown mustard, and the "French" with aged Brie, balsamic-roasted onions and bistro sauce. Beverages include beer choices like Reisdorff Kolsch (Germany) and Hen's Tooth (England), and seasonal cocktails like the "rhubarb riot" with fresh rhubarb juice, Laird's Applejack and Mathilde Framboise, plus there's a global wine list with about a dozen by-the-glass choices.
