You won't find any frozen food or microwaved patties at this made-to-order burger chain out of Arlington, Va. In fact, there's no freezer on site and the kitchen is open so you can watch cooks work the grills and fryers. (Additional evidence that your skin-on, peanut oil-fried French fries are fresh: huge bags of potatoes stored near the order counter.) Though the menu highlights hand-formed ground beef burgers with no extra charge for toppings such as grilled mushrooms, green peppers and grilled onions, you also can order up a kosher hot dog or grilled cheese. I love this place! Especially the peanuts they offer while you wait in line! Only get 1 order of fries per 2 people, because they are HUGE! Also...
