Boston Blackie's
This opening date for this new Blackie's, which will be across the street from the Tinley Park Metra station, is in flux. Check back for updates.
The menu here will be similar to the other Blackie's locations. Look for cooked-to-order burgers, which weigh in at over a half-pound. Go for a boneless barbecued pork loin sandwich or charbroiled hot dog. The Art Deco-inspired restaurant will feature lots of dark wood.
There will be a Carson's Express inside Blackie's, which will offer ribs, slaw, and au gratin potatoes from Carson's the Place for Ribs (the same family is involved with both eateries).
